What is the Employee Assistance Program?
We are all working hard to make each day GREAT! We also are facing many challenges beyond our control. You are not alone. We go through so much throughout our lives and we provide resources for built in support to keep you moving forward! Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) has rebranded from IBH to Uprise Health – A full spectrum of care with everything from self-guided courses to full concierge services. Uprise Health has been in the mental health space for 30 years and we are excited for our team to have access to coaching and counseling for all aspects of life while employed with Meeting Street Schools.
Do you know what the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is?
It’s a resource provided to all benefits-eligible staff that helps with health, family, legal and financial concerns. Services offered include:
- Telephonic Counseling – UNLIMITED 24/7 consultations with counselors
- Face-to-Face Counseling – Up to 3 visits per employee/household member per year
- Bereavement Support – Through telephone or face-to-face sessions; online resources available on the EAP website.
