Downing Child has worked with Meeting Street Schools for nine years. She is passionate about the Science of Reading and works with teachers to promote best practices in the teaching of language skills. She graduated with a B.A. in English Literature from Denison University, and is a Certified/Fellow-in-Training with the Academy of Orton-Gillingham.
