Open Enrollment is your annual opportunity to review, update or waive your benefits for the 2025–2026 school year, and it’s important to take action.
Open Enrollment will be Tuesday, May 27 through Friday, June 6. On Tuesday, you’ll receive a task in Workday to select your benefits.
To maintain or adjust your coverage, or to designate your Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account contributions, you must log into Workday and make your selections.
WHAT’S CHANGING
Benefits will take effect on July 1, one month earlier than previous years. Additionally, annual benefit premiums will be deducted over 26 paychecks instead of the previous 24.
While the cost of medical coverage continues to rise nationwide, we remain committed to covering the majority of your healthcare costs. Our medical premiums will increase by about 5 percent while dental and vision premiums will remain the same.
We are excited to announce our newest benefit, Spot Pet Insurance. We have partnered with Spot to provide peace of mind in the event of unexpected vet bills for your dog or cat. If your pet is enrolled with Nationwide and you do not want to switch to Spot, please reach out to Human Resources for additional information.
