Why Be a Teaching Fellow?

Teaching Fellows is a highly selective program for ambitious college graduates to build the skills and mindset of exceptional educators and future leaders.

Fellows build leadership skills by co-teaching classrooms of under-resourced students, and they’re supported with ongoing and effective training.

An education degree isn’t required; college graduates of any major are encouraged to apply.

Who We’re Looking For

We care less about your background and more about who you are and what you think is possible for students.

Critical Thinkers

We’re looking for critical thinkers who want to make a real impact through meaningful work.

Leaders

We want leaders in our classrooms who refuse to compromise and believe that education is the gateway to opportunity.

The Teaching Fellows program offers unique benefits.

Support

Every Fellow is paired with a co-teacher, providing a built-in partnership in every classroom.

Coaching

Dynamic professional development is offered year-round with coaches providing real-time guidance during lessons.

Community

Every school has multiple Teaching Fellows, creating a community of peers who understand the same challenges and wins.

Incentives

Fellows can earn performance awards of up to $60,000 in addition to their base salaries.

Be Recognized For Your Hard Work

We aim to attract the best and brightest, and we do so with an ultra-competitive compensation package and benefits.
