Our Founders

Ben and Kelly Navarro

Ben and Kelly Navarro

Ben and Kelly Navarro, visionary leaders and dedicated philanthropists, founded Meeting Street Schools with a shared passion for transforming education. The Navarros were driven by a steadfast belief that a child’s zip code should not define their access to quality education. In 2008, they established Meeting Street Academy, an independent school designed to provide hard-working students with an exceptional education. Their commitment to excellence in education continues to inspire and support initiatives that expand opportunities for students across South Carolina.
